Returns Policy

Please Contact Gerard Ryan Jewellers via email at gerard@gerardryanjewellers.com.au to request exchange or refund in accordance with our returns policy. 

Please include: full name, receipt/order number and item description with reason for return.

This must be done within 14 days of the purchase date. 


Change of mind - The option of store credit or an exchange of the same purchase amount will apply once the item has been returned to Gerard Ryan Jewellers in original condition, with tags on. In the instance of change of mind, return post is not covered by Gerard Ryan Jewellers.


Faulty Goods - Refunds will only be given on faulty goods and must be assessed by the workshop prior to approval. If a repair can be carried out to the standard of a new purchase, it will be completed at no cost under warranty.  Otherwise, a full refund will apply.


All goods must be returned in original condition with tags on. Any worn items will not be covered by our returns policy. Items must be safely packed and returned by registered Australia Post.


All sales are final after 14 days of purchase date.
